HOW I WORK

Research to reality — no handoff gap.

  1. Research & synthesis

Talk to users, analyze data to find real problems. Then use AI to surface patterns and insights at scale.

    ClaudeDovetail
  2. Prioritize with stakeholders

Align business and user needs. Decide what to build first and why.

    ConfluenceJira
  3. Design & prototype

Design end-to-end flows, then build a functional prototype in code — not just Figma — to validate ideas fast.

    FigmaClaudeCursor
  4. Test & iterate

Validate with real users and stakeholders. Iterate until the solution is right.

    TeamsFigmaClaude
  5. Ship & measure

Dev collab or own the build. Then track adoption, task completion and NPS delta to close the loop.

Helping PMs plan sprints in jira without the guesswork

Jira helps teams estimate work, but it doesn’t help them understand whether the sprint they’re planning is realistically achievable.

PROBLEM
PMs pick tasks for the next sprint without knowing if their team can finish them
MY ROLE
Product Designer — research, systems thinking, interaction design
KEY DECISION
Bring Jira's existing data to the surface right so PMs can decide
OUTCOME

B2CSocial Utility · Venn · Web · Mobile

Venn finds the middle. So nobody has to compromise.

Planning where to meet usually means juggling locations, travel times, and endless messages. Venn brings those decisions into one place and finds a meeting spot that works fairly for everyone.

PROBLEM
Finding somewhere fair to meet takes too much coordination
MY ROLE
Product Designer — research, UX strategy, interaction design, prototyping
KEY DECISION
Design around fair travel time, not just geographic distance.

About

2+ Years Experience

GURUGRAM · Remote-Open

My background had nothing to do with design.
I ended up here anyway.

Two years later, I'm shipping consumer and B2B products. I work best in complex, cross-functional environments where the design problem is embedded inside a business problem. I'm actively exploring AI-augmented design workflows: using Claude, Cursor, and vibe-coded prototypes to move faster and test more ideas in less time.

  • Lead Product Designer · London, United Kingdom

    • Led end-to-end product design for Venn, a location-based social planning platform that helps groups find fair meeting points and relevant venues.
    • Designed the core experience across midpoint discovery, venue recommendations, shared Hangouts, travel comparison, smart filters, Night Safe, and group coordination.
    • Ran a 3-phase research and validation process with UK-based teams, using Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), behavioural interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing to turn real meetup-planning friction into product decisions.
    • Mapped dependencies across friends, locations, travel modes, midpoints, and venues to keep the entire planning experience connected and consistent.
    • Built the product's UX and visual system across maps, venue cards, onboarding, empty states, modals, illustrations, and UX writing while continuously validating and iterating with users and stakeholders.
    • Try Venn (currently in development phase*)
    Bruno Collingridge
    Bruno Collingridge@founder · Venn
“Harsh is a passionate and talented UI/UX designer, with a natural instinct for turning user research into design solutions. He worked flexibly and capably on Venn, which could not have been developed without his efforts amidst multiple challenging schedules. We spent months looking for a designer that would suit our project, and he has proven us right to have spent so long on that process. If you are looking for a designer to turn an idea into a viable product, Harsh would be an excellent person to speak to.”
  • Junior UX Designer · Etherlabz

    • Joined Etherlabz, a design and development studio working across SaaS, AI, fintech, and digital products, as a Junior UX Designer.
    • Worked closely under the direction of senior designers, contributing to active client and internal product design projects.
    • Supported the design process through wireframing, user flows, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, UI exploration, mockups, and design research.
    • Translated early product requirements into structured wireframes and prototypes that helped the team explore and validate product concepts before moving into detailed UI design.
    • Created presentation-ready product mockups and visual explorations for agency projects, helping communicate product concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
    • Learned to work within an established design process while contributing to real product decisions across different industries and product types.

    UX Designer · Etherlabz

As I progressed into a full UX Designer role, I moved from supporting individual design tasks to independently owning complete product experiences—from research and product structure to interaction design, UI, prototyping, and final visual execution.

    QuoteXai

Designed QuoteXai, an AI-powered SaaS platform focused on making software quoting faster and more reliable for agencies.

The product uses a human-in-the-loop workflow: AI collects and analyzes client requirements, identifies missing information, generates clarification questions, and prepares the information for human review before a quote is finalized.

I worked across the product experience, designing the information architecture, intake workflow, AI interaction states, status progression, forms, and dashboard experience. A major design consideration was making a complex AI-driven process understandable without hiding the human verification layer.

    Allegra

Designed Allegra, an AI-powered crypto investment and trading platform built around transparency in automated decision-making.

The core design challenge was trust. Instead of presenting automated trading as a black box, the product was designed to expose meaningful signals behind the system, including AI confidence, trading activity, ROI cycles, and liquidity controls.

I owned the product interface and visual direction, designing the dashboard, data visualization, trading states, interaction patterns, and dark-mode visual system. The goal was to make a technically complex financial product feel understandable while keeping critical trading information immediately accessible.

  • Product Design Intern · Pluto Labs

    • Worked directly with Manav Gupta (@tensorboy), an AI content creator and founder, as the sole designer for a product being developed within Pluto Labs.
    • Designed the product’s initial web experience, giving users a way to understand the product, explore its capabilities through demos, and join the early-access waitlist.
    • Owned the design of the experience from structure and information hierarchy to visual design, responsive layouts, and interaction details.
    • Translated an early-stage product concept into a clear and focused web experience designed to communicate the product’s value before launch.
    • Collaborated directly with Manav throughout the internship, iterating on the experience as the product and its positioning evolved.
